Role Name: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week); flexible scheduling within 7am-2am UK timeframe - If possible Wednesday to Sunday (Mon/Tues Day off)

Responsibilities:
- Process weekly refunds by researching order details and extracting key transaction data
- Build organized databases using Google Sheets to track refunds and payment status
- Generate and send weekly invoices to restaurant partners for refund reimbursements
- Copy and input menu information from PDFs into company systems
- Maintain and update customer email databases covering 500+ clients
- Perform periodic database cleanup and organizational tasks
- Handle various administrative projects that arise in daily operations
- Track outstanding payments and flag accounts requiring follow-up attention
