- Support daily and monthly video creative output for Ad Ops campaigns by editing high-converting video assets based on defined briefs, hooks, and styles.
- Deliver edited ads (10–60 seconds) using raw footage, voiceovers, stock, and AI-generated content.
- Produce multiple variants using text overlays, music, cuts, and styles (UGC, Split, PEMU, etc.) aligned with performance frameworks.
- Maintain turnaround targets of 1–2 video ads per day and 40–60 per month.
- Collaborate closely with Google and Meta buyers for feedback loops and revisions.
- Format outputs for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shorts, Reels, and YouTube in 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 formats as required.
- Integrate viral trends, hooks, and sounds from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Edit and deliver 40–60 creatives per month.
- Proficient in at least one: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Descript, Runway, or ChatGPT (for scripting).
- Strong grasp of ad formats, performance hooks, and UGC styles.
- Familiar with Ecommerce and Google ad policies.
