Monday to Friday, flexible between 8am - 4pm
Commissions will be provided for meeting monthly targets

Job Description You’ll be the first voice prospects hear, building relationships that drive business growth in the essential child care industry. This role combines structured outreach with relationship building, where your communication skills directly impact appointment conversion rates and sales opportunities. You’ll work with warm leads in a supportive environment that values performance and offers clear pathways for growth and increased responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to child care agencies using provided prospect lists
Identify and connect with decision-makers within child care facilities
Conduct lead qualification and basic discovery to determine needs and fit
Set qualified appointments that meet established criteria
Close deals when opportunities arise and process sales through the required system
Generate additional leads through online research when lists are exhausted
Keep prospect and client records organized and updated in GoHighLevel CRM
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain pipeline momentum
Track daily call activities, appointment metrics, and pipeline progress
Participate in regular check-ins and training sessions to improve performance
Requirements:
Previous telesales, appointment setting, or SDR experience
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
Proven ability to meet call quotas and appointment-setting targets
Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
Excellent objection-handling skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
Reliable internet connection, updated computer, and a quiet environment
Familiarity with basic lead research methods (Google, Maps, childcare directories)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to new tools and sales strategies
