They’re looking for a Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to keep their operations running smoothly. About the Role You’ll wear two hats: part Bookkeeper, part Admin Extraordinaire. You’ll be working across a couple of businesses, helping to keep accounting clean and daily tasks running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Help with general administration and documentation
- Keep records squeaky clean and up to date
- Coordinate across different teams and tools
Requirements
About YOU
- You’re detail-obsessed and love ticking off to-dos
- You’ve done some accounting work for Australian companies
- You get joy from organizing stuff others find messy
- You’re self-managed, reliable, and easy to work with
About YOUR Work History
- Proven 5+ years experience in bookkeeping and admin
- Familiar with Australian accounting systems
- You’ve helped businesses (bonus points if in hospitality or tech)
