Role Overview
The Influencer Outreach & Social Media Manager brings stories to life through authentic creator partnerships and elevated social storytelling.
This person manages influencer and affiliate programs, oversees TikTok Shop growth, and leads day-to-day social media campaigns — ensuring every caption, post, and creator collaboration reflects the signature voice: confident, warm, and intentional.
This role bridges creativity and strategy—blending influencer relationship-building, community engagement, copywriting excellence, and data-informed execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard influencers aligned with the client’s values and visual aesthetic.
- Manage gifting, content briefs, approvals, and tracking of influencer campaigns.
- Build and maintain an influencer database segmented by platform and ROI.
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop and affiliate programs (via TikTok Creator Marketplace or Shopify Collabs).
- Write and edit social captions, influencer briefs, and community responses in the client's tone.
- Plan and execute weekly social campaigns aligned with marketing launches.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend content or timing optimizations.
- Maintain strong creator relationships and ensure consistent, elevated brand presence across all platforms.

3–5 years in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand copywriting (fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand preferred)
TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify Collabs, Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo (basic), Metricool / Later / Planoly, Google Sheets / Excel for ROI analysis
Fluent English writing and editing skills; can adapt to Lux & Nyx tone (confident, composed, premium)
Organized, proactive, empathetic, with aesthetic and strategic judgment
Must have prior graveyard-shift experience with U.S. client overlap
From top PH universities:
Must complete the official Lux & Nyx Skills Test prior to final interview
Compensation & Growth
- SALARY RANGE—Php 45,000 to Php 75,000/month (Depends on experience and capability).
- TYPE OF WORK—FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- WORK SCHEDULE - US CST TIME ZONE
- Bonus - Based on influencer ROI, content output, and campaign engagement metrics
