AU RTO Administrative Assistant (Remote) Background
- One of our amazing clients in the education space is growing—and they’re on the hunt for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to help keep their RTO operations humming smoothly. You'll be joining a mission-driven team that genuinely values learning, organization, and getting things right.
About the Role
- You’ll support trainers and managers to deliver high-quality vocational training—by keeping the backend tidy, compliant, and calm. Think of it as mission control for student onboarding, records, and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Keep records and shared drives in order (via Microsoft 365).
- Prep reports, training materials & documents.
- Track enrollments and training sessions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Schedule meetings, prep agendas, take minutes.
- Support process improvement and workflow updates.
Requirements
About YOU
- Detail-loving and well-organised.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Genuinely care about supporting others.
- Good communicator who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Passionate about education (bonus points if you’ve worked in one!).
About YOUR Work History
- At least 2 years in admin roles is fine! (Preferably RTO).
- Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams? You’re confident.
- Experience with aXcelerate or RTO systems = big bonus.
- Bonus if you’ve wrangled formatting, formulas, or file structures.
