Core Responsibilities
- Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem
- Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions
- Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active
- Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations
- Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance
- Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation
- Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base
- Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems
- Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions
