<li>Streamline and improve existing processes not just “do as it’s always been done,” but actually make things better.</li>
<li>Build financial models to evaluate investments, ROI, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.</li>
<li>Prepare management reports for leadership and help non-financial colleagues understand what’s behind the numbers.</li>
<li>Turn your findings into clear presentations and visuals that make sense to everyone.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets.</li>
<li>You can bring structure to messy data and unorganized processes.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data visualization.</li>
<li>Comfortable communicating in English (Russian is also fine within the team).</li>
<li>You can explain complex ideas in simple, clear language</li>
<li><strong>Nice to have</strong> Understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting, Skills with Power BI, SQL, or process automation, Experience implementing process improvements that actually stick.</li>
