Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling web graphics, ad creatives, social media content, and other marketing assets that elevate the brand’s presence. This role is responsible for designing a wide range of materials, including ad creatives, social visuals, logos, banners, and web assets. The ideal candidate brings strong creative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools to produce high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Asset Design
Design marketing materials including ad creatives, social media graphics, banners, logos, and other promotional assets.
Produce high-quality visuals that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Web & UI Collaboration
Partner with the UI/UX designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly web graphics.
Design web assets such as landing pages, icons, and infographics that enhance user experience and support website goals.
Ad & Campaign Creative
Social Media Graphics
Feedback, Iteration & Optimization
Collaborate with the team to review design concepts and implement iterative improvements based on feedback and performance data.
Optimize designs for web use, balancing visual quality and file size for fast loading times.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in Figma, including experience creating and collaborating on web and UI designs.
Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other design tools.
Experience designing a wide range of materials including social media graphics, website assets, logos, banners, and ad creatives.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing and design.
Skills
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to iterate on designs and optimize content for multiple platforms.
Knowledge of best practices in web design and digital marketing content.
Excellent communication skills to present and discuss design concepts and incorporate feedback.
Ability to balance creativity with performance and usability considerations.
