Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist & Coordinator will execute and manage digital marketing deliverables with precision and consistency. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for operating core digital platforms, fulfilling SEO packages, managing account details, and ensuring monthly production goals are met. The role requires someone who thrives inside digital tools, follows proven processes, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work while collaborating with senior strategists on advanced initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operation
Operate the Search Atlas platform to fulfill defined SEO packages.
Perform monthly optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical checks for assigned clients.
Account Management
Maintain organized records of client preferences, unique needs, and historical information.
Serve as the central point of knowledge for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Execution & Workflow Management
Manage a personal production calendar within ClickUp.
Complete monthly deliverables, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting, on time.
Performance Reporting
HubSpot Support
Assist with lifecycle campaign logistics, including data entry, basic performance checks, and light email marketing support.
Strategic Collaboration
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination.
Direct experience with Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
Working knowledge of Local and Organic SEO fundamentals, including keywords, metadata, and rankings.
Experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry is a plus.
Skills
Strong technical fluency with the ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities across multiple client accounts.
Ability to manage recurring monthly production goals independently.
Proactive, self-starter mindset with pride in execution and quality output.
Strong time management and process adherence skills.
