They generate warm leads primarily through Facebook ads and prioritize delivering a professional, high-comfort experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. With structured systems and defined processes in place, they are expanding their team to ensure prospects are properly qualified, scheduled, and supported from first contact through onboarding.

Role Overview
The Appointment Setter will contact warm leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, and assist with client onboarding when needed. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on Zoom, and the ability to work professionally with high-net-worth and accredited investors while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and high daily call volume.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Contact & Qualification
Contact warm leads generated primarily through Facebook ads.
Make 50–150 dials per day.
Conduct 5–15 minute qualification calls.
Ask scripted qualification questions and address high-level inquiries.
Clearly articulate information in polished, professional English.
Appointment Scheduling & CRM Management
Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
Manage leads and scheduling inside Go High Level (CRM).
Accurately document call outcomes and next steps.
Client Onboarding Support
Assist new clients through onboarding in Tribexa.
Guide clients through documentation and account setup.
Conduct Zoom calls to walk clients through deal documents and system access.
Provide additional clarity and support to elderly clients when needed.
Client Experience
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of appointment setting experience.
Strong experience handling warm outbound calls.
Experience working with high-value or financial clients is a plus.
Experience with Go High Level strongly preferred.
Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding.
Skills
Fluent or near-native English with strong verbal articulation.
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and professional.
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Comfortable making high-volume daily calls.
Professional demeanor and confident presentation in virtual environments.
