Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will oversee the company’s social presence and build an engaged online community across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X. This role is responsible for short-form video content, community engagement, influencer marketing support, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strong social strategy expertise, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with a young, education-focused audience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Oversee and manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Create and schedule content aligned with brand voice and audience engagement goals.
Content Creation
Community Engagement
Manage daily community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Build and nurture a loyal and active online following.
Influencer Marketing Support
Content Planning & Performance Tracking
Partner with the marketing team to develop a structured content calendar aligned with brand and promotional goals.
Track social media metrics and evaluate content performance.
Adjust strategies based on analytics, trends, and audience insights.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Experience creating content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying partners and managing collaborations.
Skills
Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and trends across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Excellent writing and design sensibility for creating engaging copy and visually appealing posts.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing content that resonates with a young, education-focused audience.
