About the role
Hopkins Printing is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to own the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of our HubSpot ecosystem. You will ensure data integrity, seamless workflows, and scalable CRM processes that empower Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for a HubSpot-certified, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building systems that scale with growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs)
Maintain system integrity: manage workflows, user permissions, lists, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, and integrations
Optimize campaigns, automation sequences, and customer journeys
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure accurate data flow and system adoption
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Manage data imports, deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment
Lead HubSpot training and enablement for internal teams
Implement new features, integrations, and technical solutions to support business objectives
Troubleshoot platform issues and liaise with HubSpot support when needed
Manage custom objects, properties, relationships, and overall HubSpot data architecture
Design and optimize SQL-based reporting and advanced data models for pipeline, revenue, and lifecycle reporting
Lead HubSpot integrations strategy with APIs, middleware, and no-code tools like Zapier
Conduct audits of system usage, automation, and data quality to identify risks and optimization opportunities
Translate complex business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Systems, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
HubSpot certifications required (at least two of the following):
Marketing Software
Sales Software
CRM Implementation
Operations Hub
Experience:
3+ years as a HubSpot administrator
Hands-on experience managing multi-hub environments (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations)
Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, API/webhooks, and middleware tools
SQL and relational database experience
Experience designing complex HubSpot data models, including custom objects and relationships
Experience as a HubSpot trainer or enablement lead is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service operations
Excellent problem-solving and technical proficiency in HubSpot
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Collaborative communicator with ability to manage multiple projects
Proactive mindset with focus on system adoption and change management
Work Environment
Remote or office-based work
Collaboration via Microsoft Teams
May require occasional extended hours for campaigns or system upgrades
Occasional travel up to 5%
