The company has recently launched 16 billboard faces ready for leasing and plans rapid expansion, including digital billboard installations. As a Sales & Administrative Assistant, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth operational processes from initial sale through installation. Your work will directly impact the company’s expansion and success in emerging markets.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Part-time (20 hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Sell billboard advertising space to local businesses and regional clients
Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships for contract renewals
Coordinate advertisement production with printing companies
Manage installation scheduling and vendor relationships
Handle annual contract renewals and client retention activities
Provide administrative support during slower sales periods
Track billboard occupancy rates and sales performance metrics
Support business development as the company expands to new locations
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising or media
Understanding of advertising industry and client acquisition strategies
Strong follow-through skills and project coordination abilities
Administrative experience for general business support tasks
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus: Outdoor advertising or local market experience
Comfortable working independently in a growing business environment
