Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break)
Job Description: You’ll be the friendly, professional voice that helps connect people with mental health services, making a meaningful impact on people’s lives while supporting a growing healthcare practice. You’ll work directly with the practice owner to streamline operations and improve the client experience, serving as the essential link between potential clients and the care they need.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and professionally direct them to appropriate staff members
- Provide initial client screening and appointment coordination
- Handle client communications via phone and email with empathy and professionalism
- Support basic administrative tasks and maintain organized client files
- Assist with data entry and organizational systems
- Help establish efficient client intake and routing processes
- Coordinate with therapists and practice owner for seamless client experience
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational abilities and comfortable multitasking
- Empathetic communication style appropriate for healthcare environment
- Comfortable with basic technology and communication tools
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare, mental health, or service industries
- It helps if you’re naturally warm and patient when speaking with people seeking help
