This role oversees LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube channels, amplifying the voices of internal experts, executives, and external influencers to shape conversations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage both organic and paid campaigns, implement social listening and crisis response protocols, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, content, and performance. This position allows for remote work within the United States and involves collaboration across marketing, demand generation, and brand teams.

Accountabilities:- Lead day-to-day management of social media channels, including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Amplify internal and external voices, supporting executives, subject matter experts, and influencers through creative campaigns and collaborations.
- Partner with demand and marketing teams to coordinate paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment in targeting, messaging, and creative execution.
- Conduct social listening and monitoring, flagging potential issues and responding to brand moments with speed and clarity.
- Track performance metrics across channels, audiences, and content types, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay current on platform trends, creator culture, and competitive activity to inform social strategy and content innovation.
- Apply AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency, scale impact, and improve decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a high-growth B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, with the ability to shape conversations and influence audience engagement.
- Experience managing both organic and paid campaigns with clear performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of creator culture, influencer mechanics, and community dynamics.
- Excellent writing skills and brand judgment, with the ability to communicate clearly, humanely, and on-message.
- Experience with social monitoring, community management, and crisis escalation processes.
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- AI-native mindset, using tools for content creation, performance analysis, and trend identification to drive smarter, faster results.
