• Set up and manage email marketing in Mailchimp, including database upload/clean-up, list segmentation, templates, automations and campaign sends.
• Plan, build and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns targeting golfers and golf-related audiences to promote events and golf holiday packages.
• Repurpose existing content (photos, videos, testimonials, event stories) into engaging social media posts, emails and simple landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, ad performance) and provide basic reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate promotional calendars around key events and tours (e.g. annual Gold Coast trip, Vegas tour, future Vietnam/Hawaii trips).
• Communicate regularly with the client to clarify offers, understand the golf audience, and refine messaging and creative based on feedback.
