Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific daylight Time with 30 mins paid lunch and 2 15 mins unpaid break
Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure will be critical to ensuring that our data is up-to-date and error-free. You will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the organization and may take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into internal systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as they arise to support the team.
