JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis team activities to include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and sales commission activities.

- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilizes accounting system, spreadsheet, and data reporting and analysis software.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations utilizing applicable software under guidance of Senior Financial Analyst.
- Perform various financial analyses and reconciliations.
- Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting research and analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting package for various stakeholders to include profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one (1) or more years’ experience in related business area required.
- Proficient using Excel, Power BI and Hyperion tools.
- NetSuite software knowledge preferred.
- ABILITY TO: Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision; detailed oriented.
