Key Responsibilities
Provide benefit enrollment materials and determine client eligibility
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients who request information
Manage incoming customer service calls with professionalism
Direct and dispatch phone inquiries to the appropriate departments
Return customer calls promptly and maintain strong communication
Assist clients in understanding coverage options and advocate for their best interests
Create and explain personalized benefit plans using our Needs Analysis tools
Work closely with leadership to stay updated on new products, services, and company guidelines
