This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST (30-minute unpaid break)
Central Time hours with direct client interaction
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents by following attorney instructions and inserting client-specific information into templates
- Make outbound calls to clients for scheduling appointments and follow-up communications
- Handle receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and managing client inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain organized file management systems
- Coordinate client scheduling and calendar management
- Provide general administrative support to keep the attorney focused on legal work
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions
- Strong customer service background with ability to handle calls professionally
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when representing the law firm
- Experience with administrative tasks including data entry and file organization
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for document preparation
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and phone communications
Scope:
