Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Brookvale, NSW) Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours
Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital assets for fashion campaigns, including graphics, layouts, and social media content.
- Edit and produce engaging video ads optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Develop AI-generated visuals (using tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar) to support creative concepts and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute strong visual narratives.
- Adapt designs to various formats and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Maintain an organized workflow of design files, project timelines, and asset delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, fashion-forward ideas for campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital design trends, fashion aesthetics, and video/social media best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, multimedia design, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related digital design and video editing work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects), Figma, and other industry-standard tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI visual tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Firefly) to generate creative assets.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, video ad pacing, hooks, and performance-focused creative concepts.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
