JOB DESCRIPTION
The Video Editor Virtual Assistant works closely with the CEO to produce high-quality interview videos and engaging social media content. This role involves editing long-form videos (45 minutes to 1 hour), creating highlights and teasers, and designing visual assets for social media. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in video editing software, creativity in storytelling, and attention to detail to deliver polished and engaging content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Video Editing (Full Length): Work closely with the CEO to edit 45-minute to 1-hour interview videos from beginning to end.
- Content Creation (Short Form): Create video highlights of the best parts of the interview videos.
- Promotional Content: Develop 1-minute video teasers for upcoming content.
- Visual Art Posts: Create visual art posts for social media platforms.
LINE OF BUSINESS (LOB)
- Video Editing Virtual Assistance, focused on post-production for interview-style video content and creating promotional visual assets.
- Specialized in (e.g., Long-Form Video Editing, Short-Form Content Creation, Promotional Video Development, Social Media Visuals)
- Focus Areas:
- Editing extended interview footage into polished final videos.
- Crafting concise highlights and teasers from longer content.
- Designing complementary visual art for social media promotion.
- Collaborating directly with executives on video projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Proven experience in video editing.
- Knowledge of several tools for video and photo editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
- Available for full-time work.

- Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
