This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Sydney with an hour unpaid break
Scope:
- Primary focus on HR and administrative functions
- Direct reporting relationship with management
- Internal team and support worker communication only
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all employee documentation and records within your custom software platform
- Monitor and manage NDIS service agreements, ensuring all documents are current and within required timeframes
- Track and update client behavior support documents and forms, ensuring proper allocation within the system
- Generate alerts and requests for document renewals and updates as needed
- Manage daily roster operations, ensuring all shifts are fully covered and staffed appropriately
- Follow up with support workers to ensure proper sign-in procedures for accurate payroll and tracking
- Perform basic invoicing calculations using NDIS item codes, rates, and service hours
- Communicate with internal team members and support workers via phone and messaging
- Ensure compliance with NDIS documentation and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic mathematical skills for invoicing calculations
- Comfortable learning and working with new software platforms
- Experience with administrative or HR tasks preferred
- Understanding of NDIS processes and documentation would be advantageous
