Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring for a full-time administrative assistant to join our growing company. This position demands attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent organization skills. Given the current COVID-19 Pandemic, this position will work remotely. Once the current health situation subsides, this position will be based in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the EK Leadership team members by managing calendars, travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Help to plan corporate events and meetings, including travel, catering, itineraries, and venues.
- Prepare and arrange shipment of outgoing mail/packages.
- Copy edit and review materials, edit for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Independently anticipate and provide responsive administrative support. This will require executing a broad range of administrative responsibilities with some tasks occurring routinely and/or on an "ad hoc" basis per real-time needs of the Leadership team.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong grasp of math, extending to use of spreadsheets and basic formulas.
- Strong task and time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Highly effective time management and attention to detail.
- Experience with Google and Microsoft Suites.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
