• Make 40+ outbound cold calls per day to targeted businesses (clinics, warehouses, office buildings, oil & gas companies, etc.)
• Speak with decision-makers (facility managers, maintenance managers, HR, service managers)
• Introduce company services: HVAC service, repair, and replacement
• Collect and log key contact details: Name, phone number, email, role
• Secure or assist in setting follow-up opportunities (appointments or warm leads)
• Send follow-up emails
• Maintain and update Google Spreadsheet CRM: Track calls made, record outcomes and notes, track follow-ups
• Assist in building prospect lists (e.g., researching businesses in target areas like North Houston)
• Follow provided call scripts and adapt naturally (non-robotic delivery)
