Role Overview
- Think of this role as the control center of the sales engine.
- No pitching. No pressure to close. Instead, you’re the one making sure everything runs exactly as it should—leads tracked, follow-ups handled, and communication flowing without friction. You bring structure to the pipeline, clarity to the process, and consistency the team can rely on.
- If sales is the front stage, you’re the precision behind the curtain that makes it all work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Handle email inboxes and respond in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
- Research companies and identify potential leads.
- Track lead progress and ensure follow-up completion.
- Support overall sales operations and coordination.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 2+ years experience in a Virtual Assistant, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Experience supporting US-based clients or businesses.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong experience in email management and follow-ups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in US English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in remote environments.
- Experience supporting sales teams or pipelines.

Work Details
- Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night-shift (EST).
