The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and data analysis, acting as an internal consultant for finance, procurement, and other account stakeholders. They will create and deliver data and reporting necessary for decision making by client and Account Leadership.
Essential Job Duties:
- Analyze data from multiple sources including CMMS, Accounting, Lease Administration, SPO and Corporate systems.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely and accurately.
- Research and analyze using data management tools and spreadsheets. Effectively communicate complex accounting issues and escalate appropriately. Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, operation teams and corporate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage Account Performance Metrics including KPIs / CPIs and SLAs.
- Partner with account leadership to support initiatives including Savings Glidepath, spend benchmarking, forecasts and modelling and utilization reporting.
- Provide support and guidance to Accountants and Analysts as required by management; lead team meetings, or take a lead role on projects.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Education/Experience/Training:
- College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Work Experience:
- Requires three to five years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred, Strong Excel, BI Analytics and other MS Office tools.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
