Role Overview
Treefrog is seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time, 6-month remote contract.
This role supports a broad range of client work across digital marketing, web, and print. You will create branded assets that are consistent, polished, and production-ready—supporting ongoing campaigns, brand rollouts, and event/trade show initiatives.
This role works closely with Project Management, Digital Marketing, Client Services, and Development to ensure creative outputs align with strategy, feasibility, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Asset Development & Brand Execution
- Produce on-brand design assets across digital and print deliverables
- Interpret briefs, brand standards, and reference examples to ensure alignment with the client’s visual system
- Maintain strong typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency across all deliverables
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple asset formats while maintaining brand integrity
Campaign & Marketing Asset Production
- Create creative assets for:
- Social media graphics and paid ad creatives
- Digital marketing assets
- web banners, display ads, campaign visuals, email graphics
- Web page design
- Web page assets
- section graphics, icons, supporting visuals
- Print collateral
- flyers, sell sheets, one-pagers, magazine ads
- Small multi-page collateral
- short booklets, handouts, simple brochures
- Trade show and event materials
- booth graphics, pop-up banners, signage, supporting print pieces
- Branded collateral and occasional merchandise design
Production Quality & File Management
- Prepare production-ready files with correct sizing, bleed, export settings, and organized layers
- Maintain clean, well-structured working files for internal collaboration and client handoff
- Manage multiple assignments and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and move work forward through revision cycles
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Confirm technical requirements and feasibility before final delivery
- Ensure assets align with campaign objectives and platform requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branded digital and print work (social, campaign assets, collateral, layout-driven pieces)
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency
- Experience working within established brand systems and applying standards across multiple asset types
- Experience in an agency environment collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong organization and file management practices for version control and clean handoff
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract (11 months)
- Remote position
- 20–40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate
- $32–$38 per hour, based on experience
