πΌ What Youβll Be Doing
As an Email Marketing Specialist, youβll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and aligned with strategy.
π Campaign QA & Execution
β Conduct end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS campaigns
β Ensure consistency across branding, copy, targeting, and product alignment
β Validate all technical setups before launch (audience targeting, triggers, deliverability)
β Review campaigns across copy, code, and creative assets
βοΈ Campaign Operations
β Prepare and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, promotions)
β Schedule and deploy campaigns using ESP/CRM tools
β Monitor workflows and ensure campaigns align with strategy
π Project Management & Documentation
β Maintain campaign documentation: tickets, calendars, campaign overviews
β Update JIRA (or similar tools) and track campaign progress
β Join daily syncs to review workload and priorities
β Flag SLA risks, QA issues, and recurring errors to the team
β Identify gaps and continuously improve QA processes
π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration
β Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams
β Ensure alignment across stakeholders on timelines and deliverables

Must-Have Qualifications
Experience using project management tools (Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.)
Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, and Google Workspace
Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling multi-channel digital campaigns
2+ years of experience with an ESP platform
1+ year of CRM QA experience (Braze is a strong plus)
Basic Google Sheets skills
Basic HTML knowledge
