Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role will assist with scheduling, document management, internal communication, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote environment while collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointment scheduling
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Handle email correspondence and internal communications
Assist with data entry and database management
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working remotely is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
