We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficient workflow by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communication, and general administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a remote environment while collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Manage email correspondence and support internal communications
Assist with data entry and database maintenance
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Previous remote work experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
