As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to build brand presence, strengthen digital visibility, and take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION AS A SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist will be:
• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand messaging
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital and physical touchpoints
• Liaise with designers for branding assets such as signage, uniforms, and marketing materials
• Support marketing administration tasks, including documenting SOPs using Scribe
• Assist with marketing campaigns and newsletters where applicable
• Contribute to basic graphic design tasks when required (not essential)
• Collaborate closely with the direct manager to prioritise tasks and deliver outcomes
• Maintain alignment with health & safety standards and environmentally responsible practices
Qualifications As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in Canva
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working within the construction, civil, or trades industry
• Previous experience working with international clients (AU, UK, US)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Microsoft Projects
• Background in running dig
