Key Media is a fast-growing global B2B media company, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our North America and UK operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll focus primarily on accounts payable, while assisting across a range of day-to-day accounting tasks.
This is a 100% remote, night‑shift (9pm to 6am) role, reporting into our Australian finance team and working directly with global finance teams.

What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for assigned North America and UK entities
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to verify details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate records, support month-end tasks, and continually look for ways to streamline AP processes
What you bring:
- Solid background in accounting or accounts payable within a corporate or B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail, confident Excel skills, and familiarity with common accounting/ERP systems
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to work independently on a permanent night shift
