About the role
The Performance Ad Designer produces daily static ad creatives that directly influence WarriorBabe’s customer acquisition performance across Meta, Instagram, and other paid social channels. This is an execution-heavy role focused on volume, speed, and performance iteration.
By transforming hooks, copy lines, templates, UGC screenshots, and direction from the Paid Creative Lead into scroll-stopping static ads, this role fuels the media buying engine with a constant flow of testable creative variations. Success in this role means delivering clean, conversion-focused visuals that increase CTR, reduce CPA, and support rapid testing cycles.
The ideal candidate understands direct-response creative fundamentals, mobile-first paid social formats, and how to turn creative direction into multiple high-quality variations each day.
What you'll do
- Daily production of new static ads and variations.
- Consistent output volume aligned to performance needs.
- Application of direct-response design principles in all creatives.
- Adherence to WarriorBabe’s brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Delivery of assets fully export-ready for Meta, IG, TikTok, and YouTube.
Essential Job Functions
1. High-Volume Ad Creative Production
- Produce 5–10 new ad creatives per day (minimum baseline).
- Create variations in layout, copy placement, colors, CTAs, and angles.
- Export ads in required aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9.
2. Performance-Driven Visual Design
- Design for scroll-stop, clarity, and direct-response flow.
- Apply hierarchy, contrast, visual anchors, and mobile-first logic.
- Execute from hooks, briefs, winning templates, and performance data.
3. Creative Testing Support
- Turn test hypotheses into visual variations.
- Produce A/B/C variants quickly for media testing.
- Partner with media buyers for performance insights and iteration priority.
4. Asset Adaptation & Repurposing
- Convert brand assets, testimonials, screenshots, and UGC snippets into new static concepts.
- Repurpose statics into carousel layouts and multi-frame sequences.
- Update winning templates weekly to maintain performance freshness.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: | Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or similar (preferred). Exceptional portfolios without a degree are accepted. |
Required Experience: | 2+ years designing paid social ads (Meta/TikTok/IG). Demonstrated high-volume creative output. Experience with direct-response brands (DTC, fitness, coaching preferred). |
Preferred | Experience working with offshore creative teams. Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, NanoBanana, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI). Ecommerce Static Ad Experience |
Required Skills/Abilities: | Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Strong understanding of paid social creative best practices. Ability to produce dozens of variations independently. Strong layout instincts and mobile-first design skills. Ability to work fast, stay organized, and meet daily deadlines. |
Compensation
- $1,000 - $3,000 a month depending on experience
