Digital Marketing Assistant
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactiveDigital Marketing Assistantto manage and grow the online presence of our training centres. This role focuses on social media management, digital campaigns, CRM/email marketing, and performance tracking to support lead generation and student enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta; TikTok a plus).
- Create and schedule engaging digital content (posts, stories, short videos).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations
Maintain and organise CRM databases (leads, students, partners).
- Design digital marketing assets using Canva (social visuals, flyers, presentations, simple landing pages).
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support content creation and campaign structuring.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with
Canvaand
Meta AdsWorking knowledge of
Google Ads (SEM)
- Experience usingCRM/email marketing tools(Zoho, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfortable using digital and AI tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Languages
- Fluent French(written and spoken)
- Good working level of English
