We’re looking for a high-performing B2B Appointment Setter to power our outbound sales engine. Your mission is simple: start conversations, build interest, and book qualified meetings for our senior sales reps through cold calling + cold email.
This is for someone who’s proactive, resilient, metrics-driven, and confident in English—you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where consistency and follow-through win.
Key responsibilities

- Run targeted cold email outreach: Create and send strategic cold emails to support call efforts. Respond and follow up quickly to nurture interest, answer questions, and secure confirmed appointments.
- Use Apollo CRM for lead management: Track all activities inside Apollo, log outcomes, write clear notes, and maintain an organized follow-up pipeline.
- Engage decision-makers in key industries: Reach out to Safety Managers, HR Managers, and Risk Managers in labor-intensive sectors like construction, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and retail. Listen for pain points and communicate how our solutions help.
- Qualify and book meetings for senior closers: Assess lead quality (fit, interest, urgency) and schedule qualified meetings using clear value messaging and qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation: Record call summaries, outreach results, and client details. Monitor personal KPIs and provide regular progress updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Coordinate closely with sales leaders to ensure smooth handoffs and share insights that improve messaging and strategy.
