Reporting to an R&D Team Lead, the Senior Full-Stack Developer contributes to the design, development, and delivery of product features within our R&D organization. You will collaborate closely with other developers, QA, designers, and product leadership to build high-quality, scalable solutions. Our core technologies include React, C#, and SQL, with opportunities to apply or grow skills in Python, or C++. We are not expecting expertise in every area, but strength in key combinations of these technologies is highly valued.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develop scalable, maintainable software using React, C#, and SQL.
Contribute to backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
Build intuitive and responsive user experiences.
Apply Python for tooling, automation, or data-driven components where appropriate (nice-to-have).
Work with limited C++ components when needed (nice-to-have).
Translate requirements and product concepts into well-designed technical solutions.
Identify technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality delivery, supporting both automated and manual testing efforts.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
Use Jira, BitBucket, Kiro, and other engineering tools to execute and manage work.
Support cross-functional teams when issues arise, including troubleshooting and providing technical insight.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience scripting using React or other UI frameworks
Minimum of 2 years working with C#
Experience working with collaborative project teams using tools such as Slack, Teams, etc.
Experience working with code repositories such as Git, Gitlab, Github or Bitbucket
Experience working with issue tracking software such as Jira.
