We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our remote team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and ready to start or grow their career in office administration. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and full training will be provided.
The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, communication, documentation, and coordination tasks. You will work closely with different team members to ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication
- Organize documents, files, and office records
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
- Prepare simple reports, letters, and spreadsheets
- Help with data entry and updating internal systems
- Support different departments with various administrative needs
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and small office tasks
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees when needed
