Compensation range: AU$2,200 - AU$2,500/month

About the role
The Graphic Designer role plays a pivotal part in bringing campaigns to life through exceptional design across brand, digital, print and experiential platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment and love creating visually compelling work that drives results and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute design work across brand, digital, print, social, retail and physical environment designs.
- Interpret creative briefs created by the Art Director or Creative Director (execution-focused; no strategy ownership).
- Build design systems based on established art direction or guidelines.
- Roll out assets across multiple touchpoints.
- Support resizing, finishing and artwork preparation (Finished Art skills are highly beneficial).
- Manage an average of two briefs per day (approx. five major tasks per week).
- Work across a broad mix of clients (approx. seven clients per week, sometimes more).
- Adapt quickly to new brands and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the traffic manager, art directors, creative director, designers and account service.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong agency experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.
- Strong capability in graphic design, including brand guideline application, design craft, print, digital, branding and social content design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proactive work style — vocalises availability, asks for new tasks and communicates progress or blockers.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
- Willingness to integrate into the team culture despite remote setup.
Nice-to-have:
- 3D design/renders for physical spaces, bars or displays.
- Motion graphics or video editing.
- Figma familiarity (must still be able to export to Adobe).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) for ideation or design enhancement.

- Strong craft: illustration, thoughtful design and conceptual work.
- Clear application of brand guidelines.
- Campaign-level thinking (beyond basic static layouts).
- Polished visual reasoning.
- Creativity and original ideation.
