What you’ll do

Run the Discord like a pro
Fast responses, clear announcements, tight atmosphere, zero bullshit.
You set the tone. You enforce the rules. You keep the place sharp, safe, and useful.

Lead and align the moderators
Tone of voice, escalation, initiatives, culture — you’re the captain of the room.

Take over both Usual X accounts (main + intern/alt)
Build complementary strategies.
Announce updates. Start conversations. Ping KOLs, protocols, founders, fintechs.
Jump into relevant threads. Push the narrative. Shape the industry debate.

Become the voice of Usual across social media
Supported by our CMO, who kickstarted a high-quality communication culture —
your job is to push it further: narrative, campaigns, education, media presence, thought leadership.
This role is central.
You will speak for the protocol in real time.
