Role Name: Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule: 40 hours per week; standard business hours Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth as this established e-commerce company expands into high-ticket lead generation. You’ll have the autonomy to develop relationships with prospects while working in a results-driven environment that values both lead generation and closing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate warm, qualified leads for high-ticket services including home remodeling, solar installations, and home services
- Conduct strategic outbound campaigns to identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify prospects and assess their readiness to purchase high-value services
- Close qualified leads when possible or prepare them for the closing team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with the team to optimize lead generation processes and strategies
- Contribute to the development of scripts and messaging for maximum effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in high-ticket or home services industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with prospects
- Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification techniques
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during standard business hours
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Bonus if you have closing experience in high-ticket sales
- It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Bonus if you have experience in solar, home remodeling, or related industries
