Qualifications:
- Part-time and remote position (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Travel not required for this role, but ability to attend some meetings or conventions in-person is a plus
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and support directly for CEO.
- Answers phone calls, manage schedule and meetings for Two Eight executives
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior administrative assistant experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license
