Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic and growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions that are visually engaging, highly functional, and scalable. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in writing clean, efficient code, and enjoys working across the full technology stack to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications from concept to deployment.
- Implement responsive, interactive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build and manage back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Express, Python, or PHP.
- Integrate with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Write and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code across the stack.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Conduct regular testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and process improvements.
- Stay informed about new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Web Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for front-end development.
- Proficiency in one or more back-end languages or frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, or Laravel).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of database design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in remote settings.
