Symboticisseekinga motivated and detail-oriented New Grad- Supply Chain Financial Analyst to support budgeting,estimates to complete,forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI tracking across supply chain operations. In this role, you will help analyze financial and operational data,monitormarket and commodity trends, support project reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making related to supplier costs, payment terms, and overall supply chain efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in supply chain finance, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration while developing analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Our global sourcing, procurement and third-party supplier team develop innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements andhelpsupport supplier relationship management, commercial and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance.
Assistwith financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics related topurchasing, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
Partner cross-functional with Finance, Procurement, Planning, and suppliers to support project reviews, payment term analysis, and new product development initiatives.
Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making across supply chain operations.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $71,000.00 - $97,900.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
