About the Role
This is an entry-level Appointment Setter role where you will book meetings and calls on behalf of UK-based clients. No prior experience is required — full training is provided to help you succeed in this fully remote position from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via email and phone to schedule appointments
Manage calendars and coordinate meeting times for UK-based sales teams
Follow up with prospects to confirm and reschedule meetings as needed
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Report daily appointment activity and metrics to your manager
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Friendly and professional phone manner
Basic computer proficiency (email, Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
No experience required — comprehensive training provided
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
