Responsibilities
- Opening vendors and issuing purchase orders
- Managing ongoing relationships with customers and vendors, including responding to inquiries and issuing invoices
- Uploading and processing reports for customers and vendors
- Accounting and operational management of inventory
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT reports across multiple jurisdictions
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and control purposes
- Supporting the preparation of forecasts and financial analyses
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a global company and/or supporting international operations
- High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, NetSuite and Dokka is an advantage
- Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a broad business perspective
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, including remote collaboration
