About the Role:
Our client s seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our vibrant community and craft a compelling online presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:Content Publishing & Scheduling:
- Post videos and photos created by the internal team across all social media channels.
- Adhere to best-practice posting schedules, optimizing timing, format, and frequency for each platform.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely output.
Community Management:
- Respond to every comment and direct message across all platforms promptly.
- Provide immediate responses (within the first hour) to all comments after posts go live.
- Maintain a tone that is sharp, witty, and fun, yet knowledgeable when necessary.
Copywriting:
- Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with client's brand voice.
- Adapt writing style to enhance audience engagement and maintain consistency.

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content.
- Expertise in social media strategy, audience engagement, and community management.
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytic platforms.
