Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking an Outbound Sales Closer / Appointment Setter for our fast growing Capital Advisory Program. This role focuses on generating, qualifying, and converting opportunities through outbound, inbound, and social channels. It is a high-performance, revenue-driven position with strong earning potential and growth into a closing role.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn
- Prospect into SMB owners, tax professionals, realtors, and service-based businesses
- Qualify leads based on credit, revenue, and intent
- Book high-quality strategy calls for the sales team
- Execute aggressive follow-up on aged and inbound leads
- Conduct social engagement and direct message outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Support light content execution, including posting, commenting, and replying
- Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Track activity and performance metrics consistently
- Develop skills to grow into a full closing role
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with social media outreach and direct messaging
- Experience working in high-volume, performance-driven environments
