About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing
business specialising in high-end architectural materials, including flooring and structural
elements.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, supporting operations, and
working within the architecture or interior design space. You’ll play a key role in keeping
day-to-day tasks running smoothly while supporting internal processes and client
communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide general administrative support across the business
● Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
● Assist with data entry, document management, and organisation
● Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and maintain accurate records
● Support CRM management (e.g. HubSpot)
● Organise and manage files using tools like Dropbox
● Assist with project-related admin tasks as needed

● Reliable and able to work independently
● Strong written communication skills (client interaction via email)
● Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks
● Proactive and able to manage workload effectively
Skills and Experience
Essential:
● Experience in an administrative or assistant role
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
● Strong email and communication skills
Desirable:
● Background in architecture
● Familiarity with CAD software
● Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
● Experience with cloud storage platforms (e.g. Dropbox)
